I took the opportunity to get some more shots with Mike before he shaved his head after over a year of no haircuts. I also thought it might be fun to experiment a little with the lighting.

Mike hadn't cut his hair or trimmed his beard for a year. We thought it was time to commemorate his achievement.

Christian originally wanted some noir style photos. While shooting  I noticed all the hats his family had and recommended we shoot the photo with the straw boater hat.
